We’re currently alpha testing on our own properties to make sure Percy is fully trained to take on additional properties. We expect to welcome beta testers aboard in May 2025.
Beta testers will be chosen based on a few factors—like your market, current software setup, and when you joined the waitlist. If selected, you'll be asked to sign a simple Non-Disclosure Agreement and agree to provide feedback to help shape Percy’s future.

No app required! Percy operates through the web and SMS, keeping things simple and accessible from anywhere.
We’re aiming to make setup easy and intuitive, but since this is the beta phase, it will likely be slower than ideal. That’s part of what we’re testing and improving!

Percy is trained to be an excellent host—and then he’s trained specifically on your property. During onboarding, you’ll approve or edit his messages so he can learn your preferences. Once Percy graduates from training, he’ll handle approved topics on his own (but he always knows when to ask for help).
